   Basically the fat in our bodies that make us overweight and not how much food we eat. Being overweight can affect our confidence in front of others.
                  Probably most people would advise us to change our eating habits daily, less healthy food if we eat every day, for example: fast food, such as: chicken fried rice and Soto. Most people probably would advise us to go to the gym, but a diet containing high cholesterol still is not good for our health. We have read a lot about how to program an effective weight loss such as diet by eating lots of fruits and vegetables.
                 It is difficult to be avoided is our habit of eating snacks in addition to the main menu of our food. If we intend to lose weight, we must have a strong determination to lose weight without tempted by snacks.
                For this exercise, we need to walk much more than we ever do without riding a motorcycle or car. In addition it can reduce our weight, it can also protect the environment from air pollution. Exercise to go further than we've ever done, we should do on a regular basis so that we can decrease body weight in accordance with our expectations.
